Well, this is one of the largest cruise events I've ever seen. There were 80 officially registered individuals, and over 70 map packets handed out. We approximate that there were 70+ cars in the cruise!

If you were standing by the road and the saw the first car, it would be minutes before you'd see the last car. The line of cars was estimated to be over a mile long!
And not only was there quantity, but quality. All sorts of cars were in the cruise--from small to large, old to new, stock to modified.

And there were a lot cameras!
The weather was sunny, but cold! The wind moved out the clouds from yesterday, but seem to still stick around. It wasn't too bad when the wind wasn't blowing. I didn't want the Hooters girls freezing, so I didn't pay it much mind when they were warm inside the building.
I think everyone had fun despite some hiccups and situations along the way. I think there is a lot of room for improvement for this event, but it is also important to note that no one locally has any experience in managing a cruise of this size. I think we did pretty good for a first event.
I would like to thank everyone that volunteered, helped, participated, and encourged this to happen. This event would not have been possible without you.
I had fun taking pictures, although I wish we would've had some more time at some of the more scenic areas (mainly Fayetteville's downtown area). But I still managed to get a pretty good number of pictures and some fantastic shots. I hope everyone else got some fantastic pictures too! That was the objective of the event along with mingling with other car people.
By the end of the day, I was completely drained since I had only slept 1.5 hrs the previous night. I was up pretty late getting together all the documents for the cruise and preparing my Corvette for pictures since I hadn't cleaned it in quite a while and it was filthy.
On my way home, I passed by a location where I envisioned a particular photo for months. Since I had the vette and it was clean, I stopped and finally got the shot.
