Hey Samir - Bruce had someone mention that we could possibly be asked for a permit for the Sam and Gregs cruise in. This was my response what you think

never thought about it, Since we are anchored around an eating establishment and are paying customers then there should be no need for a permit -

If somebody has a party and eats and then shoots the bull outside its not required. I don't see why this would be any different.

Now if we weren't eating at a place and just showing up and occupying the downtown area then I could see it. But paying customers have every right to park,eat,chat

Too bad the posts don't show what year they were posted. I read the Vets w Vettes thread for a while before I realized it was 2011 posts. You mentioned getting to the event early to avoid Numnuts hour on the Parkway- Have you seen the new signs between Gov. and Clinton? They say Avoid collisions, leave more room, etc. Thought it was funny when I saw a pileup on the other side and wondered if they had slowed down to read the sign and caused the wreck.
