Nah it's just for looks. Be sure to specify the burnt titanium blue tips if you don't want the plain ones. This is a lot of money to drop on an exhaust or any mod really, so be sure it's exactly what you want before you buy it

Oh and I didn't order from the website. I just called customcarscentral directly and ordered over the phone so I could specify I wanted the straight tips instead of rolled tips

I think that's about as cheap as it gets. I got mine from customcarscentral.com along with the art pipes and swaybars. They're an official reseller of MD. Maybe you can get them and b2autodesigns.com to get in a price war with you, but I didn't try.
