Hey Charlie. Great questions. So, the policy is all you have to do is use the thread prefix of 'For Sale' or any of the others when starting a new thread in General. The reason some threads appear in a bright blue vs black is those are threads you haven't seen yet. The system tries to automatically watch what you're looking at and make bold what you haven't seen yet. Hope this explains everything, and if not, just hollar back.
