If you've got time sometime, I'll bring my laptop and meet you somewhere and we can diagnose this in person. They tell me it something on my back end--we just have to figure out what that is.

See if the 'Go Advanced' button works like this.

I didn't see this message until today. Because the hoss one is the same for both accounts, it wouldn't let me use it. So I just made the account active since we're just trying to see if the buttons come up for you. In fact, now that I think about it, I should've just let you use the test account I've had here for years. Try the Hoss account and let me know what happens.

It bounced back again saying that email is unknown too. How about you just email me from that address--samir at huntsvillecarscene.com. Then I'll go in the system and see if I can't get it to email you at that address.
