Made by Unique Motorcars, Gadsen , AL - the oldest Cobra replica makers in existance. Jaguar IRS, inboard rear disc brakes, chrome roll bar, quick fill gas cap, Compomotive replica of Halibrand knock off wheels, new Griffin aluminum radiator.

Found the receipts - total (not including labor) is $40514.44 in 1997 dollars. Car was built in 1997, currently has a little over 12,000 miles. Engine was built by Racing Head Service, Memphis, TN. Offenhauser intake, Edelbock Carb, Lunati aluminum rockers, Lunati cam (.535 lift, 310 adv duration), Jet Hot coated headers, Fluidamper, McLoed scattershield, Cloyes true roller timing chain, aluminum flywheel, MPG Port plates, Mallory Competition electric fuel pump, Toploader 4 speed with Hurst shifter, March pulleys, Davis Unified Ignition distributor. Heater(!), battery disconnect switch, 5 point harnesses, dual cooling fans with manual switch to control, powder coated frame, Moto-Lita steering wheel, Stewart Warner gauges.

That is a very nice Cobra. Pat Thompson built one and took it to Noccolula Falls this summer and sold it as soon as he got there for around $35K.
