good find! that's where i found all the info.
this one has been hit hard in the nose. i'm going to try and resurrect from the grave and use it as a daily driver. the current plan is a 5.3/4L60e swap with a LS6 cam, LS1 intake, Vette stall and the factory 3.42 limited slip rear diff. should make roughly 360 hp and weigh under 3000 lbs. should be fun, still get decent mpg, and drive light grandma's Caddy with the LS6 cam.

Very cool find!
![]() Why not just restore it since it's so rare?

it's had the whole front clip smashed, and all the cladding is gone. last i checked the cladding was roughly $2500 to replace, and at least one of those pieces would need repair. the truck also has a salvage title. hence the reason i don't mind tearing into pieces and making it the way i want it. the cab and bed are savable, and the interior is still in pretty decent shape. i'm buying another S10 that has no title, with a good straight body, so i'm basically going to take 3 trucks, and make one nice truck, one okay truck (going to sell it) and all the left over will be sent for scrap metal.

Ahh, that makes sense.
That salvage title would probably hurt it down the road anyways.
