They are now actually tinting the full front windshield from factory. It is legal. I seen a few cars with this done. I have a 90 Supra. Need 35% all around with the 6" strip on the front window. Still $100?

I don't know where it's getting done at. But I have been seeing a lot of it around here lately. the other day I seen at least 4 cars with full windshield tint. It's something new I'm sure and it was on high end cars like new Lexus and I think I seen a BMW done. Next time I see someone with it I'll ask but my co-worker said it was legal to an extent. It's a very light tint kind of like polarizing the windshield from what I was told.

front windshields
Tinting a front windshield is not legal your strip is but i think it cant be more than 6 inches.

The bad part about it, you can't tell how old most thread are... the OP joined in September 2011 so I guess the last post was the first part of this year.

Well I don't think anyone would want to reply to a "for sale" thread dated June 1st and it's actually from 2010. I guess it's really not an issue unless it's something like that.

If you have a solid back glass you are looking at 125.00 if it has a sliding glass 175.00
