Well we have a somewhat quick project. We are going to have this ready for The Speakerbox meet in October. I will try to post pics up of the build.

Yes, there is a TON of work to be done. Right now I am trying to get it ready for paint so I need to remove everything in the bay and get to cleaning. The plan is actually going to be to sell it. We would love to keep this as a shop car, but to better benefit us we are going to sell it so that the website can get up and running. Things are going to be moving kind of quickly for us and our goals have changed a little bit. We see BoostFab having a building and possible a few more goodies in the very near future :-)

Make it a showroom for the R33. Make it a "Ricer"/RS beater on the 1/4.

That's what the DIZZZM will be. I already told them that lol. I hope I will be able to work on it sometime this year. I haven't even been able to start cutting on it or cage work. Getting booked pretty quickly.

You should definitely venture into Saabs. There's at least one Saab owner in Huntsville that needs work done.

I actually am venturing out into all of the automotive world. I will be fabricating products on a per vehicle basis. I was know for Mitsubishi's and Skylines, but I want to branch out to the rest of the automotive world including domestics. I love this kind of work and I am getting extremely excited about the future of BoostFab.

Once the r33 goes to paint we can definitely start on that. I want the aluminum muffler to be the same length as the stainless one so we may get 2 and weld them together. :-)

Just a little update on the r33. We have had a few customer cars that need to be finished up and then we will be getting started on it. Parts are on the way and the plan is to go ahead and throw the motor in the car to have her running and be able to mark are fill points in the bay so it will be nice and clean shaven. Keep an eye as we will post goodie pics as they come in.

Just a quick update on the r33. Here is the new transplant. We decided to go back with the rb25 since this car will be up for sale or trade once it is completed. Planning to have the car running this weekend. Then we will mark the bay to be cleaned and filled. Engine will come back out and it will go to paint.

I am certainly looking forward to seeing this project to completion! Great find on the R33 as well.

That car is going to need a TON of work but Gt2.5t parts are pretty easy to come by. If I may make a suggestion, see if you know someone in Japan that can buy parts from Yahoo Auctions there and ship them to you. You'll save a ton of cash and it should be easy to find body and interior parts for that car.

Luckily I have few different people that I buy parts from over there and they buy parts from me. I am big on buying OEM parts so for the most part I the Nissan dealer cuts me a decent price on parts. The parts themselves are not usually the expensive things, but shipping can get quite expensive. I try to stay away from the scrap yards and auctions because there are actually quite a few variations of the r33 in regards to parts.
