Haha, the BF is actually the person who is making all these posts! I have the engineer job (aka surf the internet job) and she has the nursing job (aka run around all day on your feet) so I've taken on the roll as the messenger for her and her Evo

And the "Porch" might come out with me this weekend, but I dunno how hard I'd want to run her...plus the last thing I want to do is get the mod bug on a Porsche right now. That's a good way to go broke quick...I'm looking at getting a new bike instead and modding it as my "project" and enjoying the car scene modding through her car and her modding

Haha, yea I guess we make it confusing but she's the boss anyway...I just take orders and pass them along. Usually it's a version of "figure this stuff out and let me know what you find and we'll discuss it all later" which of course leads me to asking other people and researching on forums and such. She actually mentioned making an account on here the other day but if she does that then I shall have no purpose in the relationship anymore lol...DON'T CUT OUT THE MIDDLEMAN!

The Boxster would definitely be fun out there, but I would take it easy as there is a ditch all along one side of the course.

There's not much that can be done to the Boxster to get any significant gains. It's pretty maxed out from the factory. Kinda nice to know it was built for the limit. And you're right how modding one can make you go broke--modding any Porsche will make you go broke, lol.

Now, if you're actually doing all the posting, research, etc, and just relaying what she wants, then a separate account isn't required since she isn't actually posting under your account.

See, I might must do that, 02 dp, HFC, and then the cbe of my choice. How hard was the 02 dp to install? I've done quite a few on Subarus which seem configured the same way, but I've heard nightmare stories about 02 dp installs, especially when it comes to that bottom left bolt.

I have also read a ton of horror stories, so I must have just gotten lucky, but mine went into place this easy. As far as the bolts go I got most out after I let them soak in some wd40 for about 20 minutes and got to most with a torque wrench which helped. It was cake. Must have just got super lucky lol.

Well when I made this account I stated that it was me, Kenton, in the intro thread and every post that has been made has been by me. I know it's slightly confusing to Ray/Heath that we both met and spent some time talking to about things last weekend since it is technically "her" Evo but me being the one talking about it on the forums. However, that's only because both of us share the passion for cars and we're both excited to learn more about both of our vehicles and like making decisions together. I'm only trying to clarify because I don't want to seem like the "rebel rule breaker", I'm just the one who likes to ask more questions and talk to people and thus it ends up with me talking about her car because currently that's what we're both interested in modding. I said all that previous stuff more or less just to make a joke.
