Need recommendations for a housecleaner and Pulmonary Specialist

Anyone have any recommendations for a good Pulmonary/Respiratory/Allergist specialist?
The wife needs to be checked out for her asthma and allergies

We also need a house cleaner that can meet our needs
must be non-smoker, no pets (pet dander sets the wife off)
need someone trustworthy to be able to clean the house, mainly dusting top to bottom so to speak, not a one day job, and not promising anything other then helping out this one time
we tried a few cleaners and some other people with less than stellar results
really prefer someone licenses/insured with references
i am very reasonable on cost, quality is important in our eyes

My fiance works at Huntsville Hospital. I'll ask her who she recommends for any pulmonary check ups.

she has an appointment in Sept with one in Madison now (mainly for allgery related stuff)
trying to see if she can hold out now, so far just slightly better, but guess thats better then feeling worse

I hate to hear our 'fresh air' is causing problems for her. Allergies can be unbearable around here.

As far as cleaning, I don't know of any recommendations, but from what I learned in the hotel industry, what you're looking for is called 'deep cleaning'. When you ask about this when calling people, you should get a good feel for if they do a good job or not. I'd also only be calling the licensed/insured ones too.
