I'm not exactly sure.

That's why I ask for an emailed request. Sometimes the issue doesn't want to be discussed publicly, and I can understand that.

I replied to his request email asking why he wanted to remove his account but never got a response.

All I can guess is the warning he received (warning, not infraction) for posting someone else's last name sent him over the top.

The rules are here to protect everyone--users, site owners, sponsors, and visitors alike. I even discovered recently that the very well known forum luxury4play.com uses almost the exact same rules, if not stricter. The rules can't be off the mark if a successful site like that is using them.

For the record. Am I still on probation. I know it used to say 0/4 beside my ame. Now It say 0/2 infractions. Lol. Just curious

The infractions have a limited shelf life and fall off your account automatically.

Only when you've reached enough infractions does it prohibit posts. So I'm guessing you're in the clear.

True. And that's why the warning wasn't public and simply emailed him to let him know what he did wrong. I can't think of a way less chastising than that.
