Here's some of my favorites over the past few months. I don't have much time to go through for all of them, but here are a few standouts to me.

That's what good lenses will do.

I know the feeling of not having enough time. That's one of the reasons I made this thread--so that others can find the good ones. I know what they are when I'm reviewing them, but I don't have time to post them that second.

Yeah I use the 18-105 for just about every car show setting.

18mm is nice, even on a crop sensor. My olympus can go down to 14mm with my wide adapter. But I need to get my replacement camera before I can send my original off for repair.

Some of my favorite shots and favorite cars from the 302 show.

I LOVE THIS CAR!!!! This is seriously one of the cleanest GTOs I have seen around here.

He's the original owner of that GTO and has been in the scene since 2005/2006. Great guy too.

My favorites from this week:

Love the rolling shot on this one.

Cool magazine cover shot. I like the other variations of it too. The negative is especially interesting.

Another cool magazine cover shot.

Art series that shows the raw elements of drift--the intercooler and droopy headlights of a 240sx--juxtaposed with the model. I like both versions since each has a different feel.

I love these strong panning shots showing plenty of angle on the drifters. I was really happy with a lot of these considering it was only my second drift event ever.

The crispness of the red in this shot grabs you.

Even though this is overexposed, it's acceleration captured. And the overexposing actually helps the image.

It's red again with just the right light to make it look like glass.

I've got more to post, but this is good for now.

Hey Munchie, have you played with light painting on long exposures?
