Yes....yes they are...and I drive around like that. Not too bad of a ride for all the clinking and clanking...

Seriously...what I really think is funny is they keep asking if my axle is broken...what folks don't think about before they ask that question is that there is no axle in the front...lol

Exactly.

Remember...the trophy's that you win are based on a few individual opinions. In years to come the trophy will just be collecting dust in the attic...that's where mine are. No reason to act a fool if you don't "win".

Go for the fun and not the trophy and you'll always have a good time.

and no. dogs are not like children. i have two dogs and two kids.

huge difference between the two. dogs belong in the back yard, not at a car show.

heh.. thats like saying not to cheer at a football game.

with cars you have engines and these engines make noise at shows.

nothing wrong with it because EVERYBODY does it.

No these are CAR SHOWS, not see how loud you car is show. People come to the shows to see your cars, not hear your exhaust. If they wanted to do that, then it would be a CAR CRUISE. If you want everyone to hear your car, drive up and down the road beside the SHOW, not rev your engine so that we have to smell the exhaust coming from your 3,4,6,8, or non cyl engine.lol

What about when people turn it on for a few minutes to let someone hear it?

YEA... Samir wants to know about this...

seeing how he was in front of rave racing his engine

(sounded good too)

i still see nothing wrong with some engine noise at a show.
and i dont believe fans love to see cars while hating to hear the same cars.
it just makes so sense. if you want to only see them and not hear them, dont go to the show, stay home and just view the images.

kids are fine at shows, its parents who dont contain/control their kids thats the problem. dogs on the other hand, feed off animal instinct and are far harder to control. they bark at people, pee on cars and scratch everything they touch.

besides, when you go to an AIR-SHOW, you hear planes...

I know why Munchie is saying this about reving engines, He had his baby out at Sonic one night and someone rolled thru and reved his engine so then someone else had to jump in their truck and start reving their engine which made his baby cry and I don't blame Munchie for yellin out " Next one that does it is gettin stomped" Since car shows are a FAMILY thing his FAMILY was there.

babies are a bit different then kids.

cars shows, sound-offs and other places that get loud are not the best places for babies.

theatres are family places, but dont you crenge when you see someone in the movie line with a baby ? more so if they are in the same line as you, right ?

I think that's unacceptable at an event. Now if the person revving was doing so because someone wanted to hear the sound, then doing it once may have been warranted.
