I hate to keep ranting, but I really think (and thought from the start) that this whole gig was a scam of sorts. I just read through a few of Mr. Majik's posts, as well as reviewing his so called website, but it just doesn't add up.

Google this guy (MJ Majik)... not a whole lot shows up.

Mr. Majik... I would like to see what you've accomplished, and what car shows you have promoted. Based on your grammer and spelling from previous posts on this website, I'll be suprised if you impress me. Show me some facts... not smoke and mirrors.

Also, where was the '07 Tahoe, kids games, art & crafts, etc.? Odd that you preferred online pre-registration via pay pal.

Okay i just want to put in my 2 cent son this matter of the car show today.

First
This was the first car show i wasnt able to arrive early to set up a car for display. Not saying my car is the biggest to set up or have to largest display. Just the fact of why go in with general admission people and set up your car while they are looking over your shoulder?

Second
Can you explain the Classes and Judging technic to me again. How can a Lee's custom paint and body guy judge his own paint job on a car that he paint in the past month or so? I think that wasnt right when a mustang got 10's for alot of stuff that shouldnt have been 10's. I know judging is upto the judge to be a fair and unbiased opinion but come on now. Thats like me painting a car and a week later judging it and say WOW that looks great man whered you get it done.

I agree that the Tahoe should have been there to display and more vendors should have been there. A little more aimed towrds the kids and family would have been nicer also.

Fourth
The awards ceremony wasnt all that it should have been. Most car shows Dont drive their vehicle in front of judges and spectators. They are mostly sit down in front of the stage and pass them out. Runnin out of trophy i understand. Cause when we were in NOPI Valdosta the NOPI officals didnt have any trophies. So I can understand that one. But running out of trophies cause you were making up classes as people drove in front wasnt right and shouldnt have been even thought about doing. The best of show winner didnt even take home the money that was promised to him. The classes should have been laid out in the begining and not at the end of the show. It took way to long for everything to happen.

Well enough of my 2 cents. All in all it was good to see some of the old faces in the car show scene around here. even saw some new ones. Hope this show doesnt happen again. If it does maybe Majik Mic rophone guy can ask some of the Older Car Show people for pointers and advice.

I TOTALLY agree!! We stayed for the duration.
I didn't count all cars but I'd say somewhere around 50, more or less??

The whole thing was a waste of my time and money!!
This was the most unorganized event I have ever seen, considering this is his "forte."
I could vent more, but I'm trying not to.

I only hope he felt the anger when nearly everyone with a registered car was confused the whole time, including the judges!

Out of 18 classes, how does a 1980 Z28 not fit into one??!!
The car was called thru 5 times, then his security would say it didn't belong in that class.
What is the deal about counting your own points??

Considering all of the "Big Name Sponsors" he had backing him, plus our money ($30.00 if paying at the gate), plus spectators paying....he should not have ran out of trophies.

We didn't leave with one, but with an offer to have one made for us??!!

All I have left to say is with all of the money taken in today alone, Majik should be able to get a full wardrobe of Fall Colored Dickies!!

Now I Have to disagree with some of you guys, the Family based thing, I think it was great, no cussing on the music and live performances and I like that bbeing my duaghter goes with me. Thanks

Now the Awards, Not sure what that was about, Make the classes up before the show and stick to them, I know everyone there wanted different classes includin myself, but it leaves room for to much BS

I would have like to seen the other stuff promised on the flyer, the Tahoe, The best of show money, and I do understand that the show pays with what it makes.

But how can some one say I have over 200 preregistered cars and only end up with 30????

I would also. That money is yours and there is no way he can Not give it to you. I dont think there is anyways. It states on the flyer the money for best of show and there were witness's to it. SO to my understanding its yours.
