He has several numbers. Frank tried six different numbers he had to see if he could reach him about the bad check with no avail. I never even talked with him via phone but maybe once or twice. It was always text messages.

No. Its a Tuscaloosa number and its a verizon cell phone. I've already worked my "majik" so to say, and I know everything about him that would need to be known in order to properly serve him with a lawsuit, no matter what city or state he is in. The last number I had for him is the one you already listed.

I have contacted the sponsors of the show already, done on Monday and today

They know what resonibilities they have and are willing to work on them, after the insurance claim is filed,

NOT UNTIL THEN

So we need to goto the city first, and them my best friend at the FBI in alabama and then the news if needed

Nope, he applied for insurance on his own. HCS simply did some promotion about the event on HCS.

I wasnt aware you were affiliated w/ a custom shop???...so what was he gonna do give 50k and the tahoe w/ the shop with the biggest bid and let them do whatever to it and then give it away?...seems more like he was gonna let a shop give him money for him to let the shop do work on the tahoe then he would have a pimped out tahoe to steal also on top of all this loot...it seems to me that this hole plan was thought out very well and was very orgainized on paper but these nuckleheads were too stupid to pull it off
