You need to eliminate the stuff behind ".jpg". So it would be this inside the img tags:
Code:

to yield

Ok, so here are a few of mine that I have taken in the past couple months. Some of them are of my car in the beginning with my two favorite models, and the others are from a car show that we went to in Panama City a couple months back called Spring Fling. I just picked out some of the ones that I liked, so let me know what you think.

Thanks. I shot most of those in RAW format so I could play with the tones more. I like tweaking as much as taking!!

I was about to say that those where edited and that Jay does not edit his, simply for time sake and because his are more for event coverage more than to showcase his photography/editing skills. I love the way an edited photo looks, but I am not skilled enough with photoshop, nor can I afford it, to be able to do that kind of editing. All the pics that I posted are straight off the camera!lol

just use thepiratebay.org and download it. Just make sure you pick one that comes with the key to validate it.

lol yeah I like doing the event coverage, and wouldn't mind tweaking some of the more interesting pictures I've taken...but I honestly don't have the knowledge on how to do it yet. Oh well...all in due time I guess.

A good freeware program that you don't even have to install is gimp portable. It's available on portableapps.com. I've actually used irfanview for years for basic editing. There's a lot of good open source software out there now. I don't even use MS Office anymore.

I love your shots munchie. Your framing is pretty dead-on (the people standing around would have to move, but you and I know that's not always possible), and the quality of the lens shows in the sharpness of the photos. I didn't have a chance to call you today, but I hope to tommorrow. Tommorrow's schedule is already half full, though.

I'll also give you a shout too 2MPREZU. I like your work as well and know you'll be able to make some bucks off of tweaked photos shot during HCS event coverage.

Samir, thanks. I am still learning alot about this camera. It is really hard to get used to going from the minimal standard digital pocket camera to a Digital SLR, but I will get there eventually. Its so hard to get a car/truck alone in a shot with thousands of people at a show like Spring Fling. I am going to meet with sti2k5 to get some hookup on some PS, so hopefully I can make some pretty nice edited pics soon as well.

Thanks Samir. I'd love to make it more a business than just hobby one day. For right now I'm down to help with editing as well. I'm a computer programmer and overall closet nerd so I'm into that stuff. Ha.

Munchie, try Paint.net www.getpaint.net/download.html It's free and like Gimp very comparable to PS. Plus it's easier too use and just starting out that's a good thing. PS can be very overwhelming at times. I'd start with Paint.NET and get the hang of layers, adjustments, etc. It's open source which means there are tons of useful plugins. The banners I've made in the other thread were all done using it. I now use it more than PS. Check it out....

We have PaintShopPro, my wife is more of the editor though. she is very good at all the details and layering. I just want to get PS so i can better broaden my knowledge, i just didnt want to spend 700 dollars on it, but thanks for all the help. Keep it coming.
