What's Your Dream Garage?

So what's your dream house/garage? What would it be like? What features would it have? What would it look like? Where would it be?

Myself and my business partner would toss around ideas about the 'dream garage' on a dream house. My idea was a 14 car garage with an apartment on top. His idea was the best--an underground parking garage with a house on top in a normal neighborhood. No one would ever know!

Well, I ran across this a few minutes ago. Dream house-yes. Dream garage-yes. Dream price-yes. Just check it out:

This one's not too bad also, just a little on the expensive side.

That first one is awesome. As much sq ft. in the garages as the entire house!

I just want about 4k sq. ft. shop with 2 paint booths, 3 hydrolic lifts and enough room to play around. Nothing too fancy and some where we all have a place to go and do work on our cars.

Wow the ULTIMATE GARAGE would be very expensive for me!lol However since this is all hypothetical...
I would have a garage that was built into different sections. I would have my cars/trucks/suvs/vans all stored in their own climate controled area with full closed circuit camera system, sprinkler system, and Alarm. I would have a wing built specifically for detailing cars. A wing that housed all my metat working and welding tools with 2 lifts. A carpenters wing. A general automotive wing where I would do all the maintnance and upkeep like changing oil, brakes, etc... also with 2 lifts. Then I would lastly have some sort of a showroom type space built to show off some of my latest designs.

Yeah that sounds good to me!lol

According to the listing it's 30mins from downtown ATL. If it's on the north side, I may be tempted to stop by as I'm out of town right now.
