The Twickenham Auto Club is an independent organization dedicated to the encouragement of the proper, safe and proficient use of automobiles, and to foster the sport of auto motoring through the sponsorship of autocross events, road rallyes and car shows. Incorporated in 1954 TAC continues to enjoy a long, rich history and remains one of the most active automobile clubs in North Alabama. Not specializing in any one marque, the Twickenham Auto Club provides opportunities for a wide range of sports car related interests. Whether you drive a BMW, Jaguar, Porsche, or Yugo, if you enjoy automobiles, you'll like TAC! Twickenham Auto Club holds meetings on the first and third Thursday of every month. Show up for friendly discussion any time after 6:00pm and the business meeting begins at 7:00pm.
