What type of car show is it? Is it for classics, rods or will it also be for late models?

I left Rucker a voicemail, but I'll answer these the best I can until he either gets on here or calls me back.

If I had to hazard a guess, maybe 11am or noon.

It's open to everything. Here's Rucker's answer to the same question from last year:

And here's a link to last year's event coverage. That should give you a good idea:

I'm really not sure about this. This is the first time this has been an issue.

lol! I didn't say it first, cam302dz did.

I think it really depends on how much we get Friday. I've seen it dump on a Friday and be clear enough on Sat during the day for an event.

UPDATE, UPDATE, UPDATE!

I just got off the phone with Rucker and due to the severe forecasts for tomorrow, the event is being re-scheduled for the next following Saturday. A good move IMO.

Rain is one thing--high winds and severe storms including lightning--that's just too much to risk. There's just too much chrome out there! See everyone next Saturday.

And if you still want to get out this weekend, and enjoy watching or participating in the Goodguys autocross, come to check out the local autocross on Sunday at Milton Frank stadium:
http://www.huntsvillecarscene.com/ca...y=2011-3-6&c=1

This is the same thing as Goodguys, except local and run by an organization with over 50 years of experience in doing it. If you want to come and just run against your friends, they'll even make a class just for you guys.

It's all good. I don't think anything would've stopped the rain. I was just hoping it would all dump on us today. I've seen it happen before, and it still could.
