Not sure if I like it or not. There are parts of it I like but iunno, there seems to be a bit too much contrast in design. I'd probably poop my pants if one rolled up outside though.

i see several IS-F design cues in it.
i'll have to see one in person before passing judgement. plus they always change from concept to production.

lol, I didn't see the rx8 cues until you posted this.

Personally, I'm just stoked to see Toyota start to make exciting products again.

The most "RX8" thing about it to me is the tail lights.

I hope it's decently quick, but if not then I wouldn't mind one as a DD with some nice wheels on it and slammed.

Yep, but it didn't really hit me until he said it. I was thinking more of other concept cars I've seen.

Not a fan.........I don't see Toyota building the car and if they do it will be a total disappointment. They've turned into the econo-blah-brand.

The roof line is what kills it for me. The whole car is so angular and menacing looking and then it has this bubble BMW 1-series looking roof line thing going on and it just doesn't fit the rest of the car IMO. The rear end would also look a little bit better if it didn't have a ba-donk-a-donk hanging out.

I like a lot about the car, but I'm just being nitpicky. Baby LFA looking thing.

It's interesting to see the mixed reactions to the car in this thread. It didn't have anything that impressed me overall, but had some nice elements. I guess that's not enough to carry the whole product.

I will hold my opinions until they decide to actually produce it. Depending on what the production model will look like, and the numbers it puts out, along with how the motor/drivetrain combination is going to be.

20 bucks say they make it a hybrid...

last i heard it was getting a Subaru drivetrain, and Subaru developed a RWD trans specifically for this and their version. also heard the Toyo version was naturally aspirated and the Sub was N/A with a turbo/AWD option. haven't heard anything in several months so i don't know what is going on under the hood now.

Meh. Looks like a Mazda and LF-A went at it at first glance.
