Thats why I thought it would be a good place. If they are going by at 70 and you can get good at that speed then like you said 35 should be feel like you have a ton of time.

that is a really long ways away from some of us. I know Me and Anthony (ShavedDime) live on South Pkwy next to the tennessee river bridge. But if that is where you guys are going to have it then lets do it. I work mon-fri 6am-2:30pm so anytime after 3 is fine with me. is it going to be this week or next week?

I see your point, but it's not too bad considering that Hooters is probably just as far in the other direction once you get into town.

After 3pm, got it. How about starting 3:30-4p and running til around 6pm or whenever the sun begins to set. Sound good to everyone? If so, now let's pick the day.

If we can run until sunset, this will be a two-part lesson, one will be framing the cars and the second will be learning to deal with the low lighting.

that would be fine with me, but i know that kerry does not get off of work until like 7:30 or so. maybe a little later would be good that way we can make the class last longer so that people can show up a little late, or when ever for me, like i said after 3:00.

The problem is that for the framing exercise, you need a lot of sunlight so the cameras can just stay in fully auto mode. Then, as the evening comes, we can do the same exercise except adjust the cameras manually to compensate for less light.

Cool, I understand how things like that can be. If my best friend decided to get married a week earlier, I wouldn't have been able to go either.

You're still welcome to come to the classes (as well as anyone else).

Very short notice, but there is a Crow Mountain Organizational Meeting tommorrow at Van Cleef racing. I'd really like anyone that's interested in taking pictures to come to the meeting to get a better idea of what we're dealing with.

Vehicular and racingfast be sure to be there.

Actually, I just realized that this Wed I'm free. Thursday is looking worse for me as I would have to leave by 3pm. Tuesday or Wed or maybe Fri for me. So far that leaves Wed and Fri.

Cool. Now we just have to set a day for it.

How's Wed, 3:30p at the Citgo off 72 towards Scottsboro sound?

And anyone who's free this evening at around 6:30p, come to the Crow Mountain organizational meeting at Van Cleef. It's on the calendar.

It would be nice to see a good turn out cause the last one there was only me and shaved dime. I know I won't be able to make it the weekend of the race but come on guys Samir needs some help and I'll tell you that you need to take his class cause I thought his job was easy and now I have an understanding some of what he has to go thru. Focus, Zoom, Quick get the good shot.
