Hazel Green Sonic Bike Night

The Managers at the Sonic in Hazel Green have asked me to help spread the word. Every Wednesday night they will be hosting a Bike night starting at 6:00 pm. They are working with the owners to get a 50% discount for Bikers. (it may ultimately be less than 50%, but that is their goal) Hopefully this week they will have the flyers for us to start passing out at other events.

Looks like Wednesday has become a big day for bike nights. Now there's one at this Sonic, Dreamland BBQ, and 721. I've not yet put all of them on the calendar.

Yes it will be tomorrow. (9-28-05) They haven't specified an end time. It actually started unofficially a few weeks ago, they just haven't gotten any flyers out yet. I told them I'd post it here in the mean time. So, let's see what kind of crowd we can get there tomorrow night.

I won't be able to make it due to a prior engagement and simply being overwhelmed at the moment. But I will get out there to cover it one of these days.

i rode my bike over at about 6:30 .some other people showed up at the same time. i didnt need to order anything as i ate five miles worth of bugs on the way over . probably more folks came later as i didnt stay. im just not comfy out at nite on a bike. also if im going to keep that thing i got to get a windshield. dont care for the wind in my hair

That's cool. This week has been terribly busy for me, so I won't be even going to bike night at Sonic. There's too much work to do before tommorrow.

one of my goals for next year is to try to get back in a little bit of good shape. if that happens i would be better able to offer you some help in any form i could. i really look for next year to be the best in quite some time in all fazes of my life

I'm hoping for a good productive winter. I have so many ideas, so many plans, but I need to get this site where I want it to be before any of that can happen. It's still only 70% of what it can be.

I thought I'd have time to work on it when not covering events, but it seems all I have time for is just maintaining what is already there and then the weekend comes. And then there's the little things life throws at me like my brakes yesterday that can kill a day quick.

Talked to a guy this weekend that said bike night will be moved to
monday nights due to wednesday being the chruch crowd. Starting
monday October 3rd.

i didnt see any problem with wednsday nite. there is always the same amount of bikes at church as there ever was( none )

I got stuck working late over in Stevenson and didn't get home till about 9:30. Other wise we would have been there. We'll probably go over there tomorrow night,(Wednesday) to grab a bite to eat and see if they have some flyers ready for us to pass out.

HOSS, If you see our green Ultra Classic (all lit up) sitting out front when you cruise by...Stop and say "Hey." We'd like to meet you. If we haven't already. At least then I'd know who you are on this msg. board.

You mentioned getting in shape. Remember when we could haul hay all day then go to Walnut Grove school and play tennis for hours and still go home and work on our cars all night?
I remember you as an awful good athlete, used to whip us all at any sport.

i remember you and jeff used to beat me pretty regular in ping pong . welcome aboard. i knew you had been looking around for some time as unregisterd.
