1993 Eagle Talon TSi AWD

My Buddy Ryan is trying to sell his 1st Generation DSM. Its a 1993 Talon TSi AWD. Auto Trans, about 170k miles but its got a newer engine and trans.

If your not big into dsms, the Auto trans stands up to abuse better, has a well supported aftermarket, and it will handle a 10s pass with a simple mod to deliver full line pressure on shifts. Don't let the auto scare you away, these things can be a blast to drive with many options available for the auto.

This car is daily driven, and he is looking to get rid of it so he can get my car as he has been looking for a 2g Turbo.

I am selling my Eagle Talon TSI. 178k miles, newer engine and transmission. This is an auto car. It is white, with grey interior. Car has the following mods
Evo 3 16g turbo
2g Ex manifold
FMIC
Wally 255 pump
Greddy type s "knock off" bov
Aeromotive AFPR
2g wheels, good tires
6000k HID's
3" Down pipe, 3" cat back
Also have AEM uego wideband o2 sensor, gm maf, maf translator, 2g maf, FIC 750cc inj, spare 14b, misc couplers, clamps, and small stuff. Will include everything for full asking price. I will not part anything out, nor will I take less than 3k for this car, so do not ask. I'm not interested in any trades either.

The bad- has a popping noise in front end only when you hit a bump, I believe it's a strut. Has an exhaust leak in between the head and ex manifold, may leak oil here and there but nothing major. That is all I can think of for now. I can be reached at 205-222-7441. Call or text. Thanks

I honestly would not have any qualms doing a straight up trade if I were not looking to get enough cash to get and fix Chris's M3 buy selling my eclipse.

Suspension and brake mods? What's the complete history of the car? I've always wanted one of these in an auto and since I don't have any running cars right now...

Call or text Ryan. I am not sure that it has any suspension mods, appears to be stock ride height.

You have no running cars and you want a DSM to be your daily driver? You're funny Samir

Well Ryan and I ended up trading due to lack of Local intrest. I think I might keep this, AWDs are fairly rare, Automatic AWDs are even rarer yet.

Its rough around the edges but I am sure I will have fun fixing it up.

The Galant was very reliable. I just pushed it too hard with leaking valve seals.

Trust me, as hard as you are on vehicles, you don't need something boosted and awd to be your daily driver. You need a civic

I'm actually not hard on my vehicles at all. I baby them when I drive them, and since I can't speed anymore, they'll never see higher than 70mph.

I like the idea of something with power built to take it because that means if you stay out of it, you've got reliability to spare.

Well I managed to get the wide-band installed, and have been going down the route of MAF-T. I am not gonna be able to fit it with the stock intercooler pipes, but I have new throttlebody gaskets coming soon. So I will probably use a 2g Stock elbow.

I also deleted some emissions stuff that wasn't even hooked up, and properly tee-d the boost gauge into the FPR and put new silicone vacuum lines on those.

Tomorrow I am planning on getting in there and hooking the MBC and BOV Correctly.
