Also the hard tire class must be a true street tire, not a drag radial. I've yet to have anyone give me an exact definition but I would say anything 160 tread wear rating or higher.

Eliminations should start around 6. I'm entering the hard tire class. Should be pretty fun, hopefully with some luck I can at least go rounds.

I haven't been to the dragstrip in forever and Kelley has never been. I told her that I'd take her at some point, and I'm sure this will be a good selection of fast cars/bikes to watch.

I made it to the finals and got beat by a chevelle on 24's...........long story short i brought a knife to a gun fight. Had a good time aside from my helmat bag (which I've had since I was 8 years old and racing quarter midgets) decided to magically grow legs and walk off.

There were several very fast cars and a really big trun out.

It didn't have a pro charger. It was a big block chevelle on 24's with a lot of nitrous.

sticky tires and a hard launch and that car might be able to touch a 6.90 pass. What was your MPH?

99.64.

I think with headers, a tune, and the perfect launch it's possible. It runs like a 6.9 car on the street so that's really all that matters to me.

The MPH is there to do it if you can put it all to the track without asploding that rear end.

They didn't show times and split the time slips.

If i had to guess the car was very capable of a low 7 second pass if he ran it out the back door. He actually lifted toward the top of the track when were racing.
