Corbeau CR1 Wide Blk Suede seats with sliders and brackets

placed a pair of Corbeau CR1 black suede wide seats for sale on the hunstville craigslist car parts section (just search there for the photos)

seats (full reclining)
brackets (for 2nd gen Camaro/Firebird)
dual locking sliders
perfect condition
non-smoked in car, garage kept, only used for 5 trips last summer
i went with a new set since i wanted some customization done to them and didn't want to ship these back or take these apart
$1100
firm on the price, if i don't sell, they'll be put to use in another project
not looking to split up

these seats can be used in any car, you'd either need to order the lower brackets, or fab your own, or modify the existing bracket
really nice seats too

Thanks for posting the photos
one of these days i'll learn how to use the internet like some of you young whipper snappers out here...

these seats are in perfect condition
i'll offer them out before they wind up in the house put to use

I love corbeau seats, excellent seats for the $$

i just didn't want to take these apart or deal with the downtime and shipping expenses so ordered some new ones (obsessive compulsive modification disorder)

the new brackets i have now are custom made from Weldon at Wedge Engineering
this guy knows his stuff and he bought Flo-Fit, he also makes his own seats, but nothing that appealed to me, although he said he would design to my needs, just couldn't give an ETA
he actually designs most brackets for aftermarket manufacturers
I had him design me a new set to fit me in the car, and WOW.... are they heavy duty

ohhh yeah
you can see my messy parts room loaded with Summit boxes and parts to go back
didn't need to use much (trying to cure my obbsessive compulsive modification disorder that i have), not to mention they sent replacement parts from a damaged shipment, so sitting on some spare stuff to send back (bunch of McGaurd lug nuts, Braille batteries, and RT66 stuff)

I also have have two rocking chairs/gliders with foot rests we are selling
preparring for a move soon, so gonna start unloading stuff

No problem. It's actually pretty easy. Just right-click on the craiglist photo, copy the image link, use the button here, repeat for all images--done!

Feel free to list each of things for sale on here. Google indexes the site very, very regularly (there basically always on), so the classifieds get seen even by people just searching the Internet.

you can certainly say that
the GT7's i had previously i think are my favorite, but totally different seat design compared to these

this will be my 5th set of seats in my car
thats about 1 per 4.x years (almost) of owning it

one thing i can say with the suede, make sure you are wearing some good cotton shirts, they tend to make you hot in the summer sun

Will these bolt directly into a 72 camaro, and if so, how much do they raise the driver up..The look very tall.

the brackets are listed for 70-81 camaro/firebird
as far as hieght not sure compared to stock, haven't had stock seats in a long time
my new setup is lower, but thats with custom brackets and seat work

to me the hieght bothered me a little, especially with the built in sun shield in the windshield, but i am also 6'1" and don't like the seat reclined back (every person has their own taste)

more then welcome to stop by and check em out
wedgeengineering made the newer brackets, which are shorter in hieght
took 6 weeks to get though (custom made)

the few people who sat in them loved them as they were, again personal preference

************** CORRECTION *************

I just realized Corbeau lists different bracket part numbers for 2nd gen F-Bodies
70-74
75-79 (which is what these brackets are for)
80-81
Sorry for the confusion, i thought the brackets were for 70-81, but apparently there are differences in the floor pans, I do not know if these brackets would work or what the differences in the floor pans are. I tried looking at photos of the floor pans and to hard to tell
I asked Corbeau, and they just basically said if there's different brackets, then there must be a difference. Bracket prices do vary
Personally i'd use Weldon at wedgeengineering.com for brackets

again these brackets (not the seats or sliders) are for 75-79
the seats and sliders are universal
at this time i am only interested in selling the complete set
I've had other offers without the brackets, i just can't loose anymore $$ between the two sets i've bought
the wife has told me there her seats for our next build....

I'm just trying to be straight up with everything
