Pros:
  • Entire life spent in North Alabama – Never seen salt or ice/snow
  • Can provide entire set of maintenance records and documentation (digital and paper)
  • Can provide full statistics (gas cost, avg. MPG, price per mile, etc.)
  • The interior on this car is in excellent condition with only a few barely noticeable scratches
  • Plenty of life on Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires
  • Newly powder coated wheels in satin black
  • Newly powder coated brake calipers (done by Tirado Custom Coatings)
  • Tons of extra parts as well as some OEM and aftermarket (ask for more details or see below)
  • Revised HVAC components (I wrote this on everything I did to fix and improve the system: http://forums.evolutionm.net/evo-how...ega-guide.html)

Cons:
  • Leaking heater core (currently looped to avoid leaking – as a result there is no heat)
  • Small areas of slight cosmetic issue – some paint chips, clear coat cracking and scratches – but nothing major
  • Would recommend having the brake rotors resurfaced soon
  • Mishimoto Radiator has a professionally done patch to fix a leak (the new, warranty replacement is sitting in the garage waiting to be installed or included with the car)

Extra/Spare Parts Included:
  • K&N Cone Air Filter
  • Extra OEM Spoiler (End caps painted Rally Red – has some clear coat fade/flaking but can be refinished/restored)
  • Mishimoto Aluminum Performance Radiator
  • Other miscellaneous parts (hardware, fittings, tools specific to the Evo)
  • WeatherTech All Weather Floor Mats
  • Covercraft UVS sun shield for front windshield (includes carrying/protective case)
  • OEM Mitsubishi Radio/Head Unit
  • Some other stuff I’m forgetting…

Other Parts available that we could work out a deal on:
  • Tactrix 1.3u Cable
  • Clarion Head Unit (Features: one CD, front USB hookup, amp prewiring, and Bluetooth)

Aftermarket Parts/Modifications Currently Installed:
  • Mitsubishi Evo IX Blow Off Valve (all metal instead of stock plastic BOV)
  • Nisei Aluminum Lower Intercooler Pipe ($200 retail – weighs less than 1 lb)
  • Hallman Pro Manual Boost Controller (set just below stock boost levels)
  • JMF Coolant Overflow Tank
  • Mishimoto Aluminum Radiator
  • STM Aluminum Radiator Mounts/Brackets
  • Mishimoto Silicone Radiator Hoses
  • Genuine JDM Evo VII tail lights
  • Optima RedTop Battery
  • Prosport 60mm Amber/White Peak/Warn 3 Gauge Cluster (Boost, Oil Pressure, Oil Temperature)
  • Gruppe-S 60mm Custom ABS Gauge Mount HVAC Surround (painted satin black)
  • Custom 3” Stainless Steel Turboback Exhaust
  • Perrin Shorty 3” Antenna
  • WeatherTech Front Window Rain Guards (Have one or two spare as well)
  • Razo 340 Gram Shift Knob
  • Carbon fiber armrest cover
  • Rexpeed Carbon fiber emergency brake handle
  • Satin black powder coated Enkei (OEM) wheels
  • Brake calipers powder coated and fully restored (dust boots, etc.) by Tirado Custom Coatings in TX
  • 235/45 17 Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires
  • Custom mounted Innovate LC-1 AFR gauge (inside instrument cluster – just needs to be wired)
  • Interior plastic dash trim panels and shifter surround painted satin black
  • Instrument cluster surround painted satin black
  • Cabin air filter installed (not done from the factory on these models)
  • New Mitsubishi carpet floor mats (minor wear on driver side)
  • Mitsubishi trunk cargo net

I am the third owner of this car and I know the second owner. I also know the certified Mitsubishi Master Mechanic that has worked on this car from day one and I can give you a full history of the car as a result. There is no other 2 or 3 owner Evo on the market that has as much documentation, statistics and history as I can provide to you. I can remove items and move things around as far as parts are concerned for a serious buyer. I have tried to list absolutely everything that has been done to this car or changed from a stock Evo.

In the interest of keeping this short and sweet I will stop here. If you have any further questions or would like more pictures or details please let me know and I will be happy to provide them for serious buyers. I will get more pictures and information up as I can so please keep checking this if you are interested!

Forgot that the car also has 3M window tint with a lifetime warranty. Max legal (30% I believe) tint for Alabama but looks darker due to the film

Bump for a steal of a car.. 12,000$ is great value for a car that has been well maintained even if it has a few cosmetic issues.

I see your 1 Murcielago and Raise you 2 Aventador's and Gallardo (There was a third Aventador that showed up later).

I'm guessing that picture was from the Birmingham cars and coffee?

I did my first RallyX this past weekend in someone else's car and absolutely loved it.
I have 2 corvettes and can't Rally in either, so I have a dilemma. You interested in a fast AutoX car?
