Because you're locally based, you'll be having more of a local following initially, which is great. I'm all about working together to make this scene bigger and better. Welcome to Huntsville Car Scene and best wishes on the new site!

That sounds like a great idea. I wish we had a local muscle car forum when I had my '67 Chevelle.

I guess I should have also posted the pic of the '74 vette I used to have. Oh well, times long gone.

I've looked for another Chevelle or similar muscle car, but the prices are more than I want to spend for a 3rd vehicle. Wish I could find one for the price my Chevelle cost me.

A good place to look for cars are the car shows. A lot of perfectly good cars that people just want to get rid of to have a new project. I'm sometimes shocked at how cheap some of these go for considering all the work in them.

Don't expect it overnight. It takes a long time and a lot of work to build up a community. That is, unless you just get lucky.

One of the other things that you have to keep in mind is that in that demographic, a lot of people aren't forum saavy. That will impede the growth quite a bit.
